As our Insurance Account Representative for Chris Greaver State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations, growth, and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Virginia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Background in customer engagement or solution-focused roles is a plus. Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
