You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, deep cleaning activities, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure our guests have a memorable experience. Key Skills & Responsibilities Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensurethehighestlevelsofsanitationandcleanlinessinguest roomsandequipment. Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture. Stock and organize housekeeping carts, ensuring efficiency and readiness. Replace bed linens and restock guest room supplies. Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including changing AC filters and touching up paint. Guest Service & Communication: Be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit great customer service skills. Safety and Compliance: Ensure guest and hotel property is respected and safe. Safeguard sensitive areas. Practice few work habits to avoid possible injuries.
