Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals. Conduct client consultations and guide planning processes. Participate in educational seminars and business development initiatives. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in good standing in Maryland, Virginia, Florida, or the District of Columbia. Minimum of 5 years of estate planning experience. Expertise in drafting sophisticated estate planning documents. Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship skills. Ability to independently manage client matters. Education J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar membership in Maryland, Virginia, Florida, or the District of Columbia. Skills Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and fiduciary income taxation. Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners. Admission in multiple jurisdictions is preferred.
