Position Summary Jefferson Radiology is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiologist to support our growing practice at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut, with additional coverage across Jefferson outpatient sites and other hospital locations. 90% Interventional Radiology / 10% Diagnostic Radiology Position is on-site, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 5:00pm Favorable call schedule Research and teaching opportunities available 1 year partnership track Generous PTO and compensation package Hartford Hospital is one of the largest teaching hospitals and tertiary care centers in New England with perhaps the region’s busiest surgery practice. Desired Professional Skills and Experience High end IR skill set is preferred. Procedures include: Angiography, Embolization, Arterial Vascular Therapeutic, Surgical Type Procedures, Venous Catheter Procedures, Venous Vascular Access Procedures, GI Interventions, GU Interventions, Ablation Procedures, PICC Lines, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Superficial Biopsies, Deep Biopsies, Lumbar Puncture, Myelograms, Arthrograms, Abscess Drainage. MD or DO 3+ years of attending experience Level 1 trauma coverage preferred Vein Center experience preferred, but not required Graduate of an ACGME accredited Radiology residency program ABR or ABOR board-certified / board-eligible ACLS required Connecticut license required Radiology Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
