Kontoor Brands is a purpose-led organization focused on leveraging its global platform, strategic sourcing model and best-in-class supply chain to drive brand growth and deliver long- term value for its stakeholders.**Job Posting:****Showroom Manager**The Showroom Manager Role exists to provide support to the Kontoor Sales Team by maintaining our Dallas Sales Office. This role also supports the National Sales Director and District Managers with sample ordering, meeting scheduling, booking accommodations, and other duties as needed.**Key Responsibilities:*** Overseeing the operation of the showroom to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently* Making sure that all materials are stocked, stored properly and are available when needed* Responsible for the cleanliness of the showroom* Coordinating credentialing of visitors* Arranging merchandise and POS materials* Maintaining and communicating schedules of meetings and events* Maintain and communicate budget* Assist Sales Director and District Manager with tasks as needed* Keep accurate inventory of product lines* Coordinate shipping and receiving of inventory* Maintain office hours and respond to phone and email inquiries* Help prospective customers understand the process to become an account and route to the correct salesperson**Skills for Success:*** Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation)* Strong computer skills* Ability to work internally with cross functional areas* Ability to multi-task & prioritize numerous projects/tasks* Strong organizational and process management skills* Energetic self-starter* Self-disciplined**Experience/Education:*** Industry Experience preferred* High School Diploma**Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:*** Requires lifting of boxes up to 30 lbs.* Work occasional weekends* Work occasional extended hours as needed for markets and meetings* Must be able to pack and ship product lines**Leadership Competencies Expected for this Role****Foundational Leader****Global Agility –** Be open and adapt quickly when things change**Purposeful Integrity –** Do the right thing, even when no one is watching**Strategic Foresight –** Think ahead and plan for what’s coming**Customer Centric Innovation –** Find better ways to serve our customers**Urgency for Impact –** Act fast and get results that matter**Bold Accountability –** Take ownership of your work and results**Empowered Collaboration –** Work well with others to get things done**Why Kontoor Brands?**At Kontoor, we offer a comprehensive benefit package to fit your lifestyle.
