Qualifications Previous softball coaching experience is preferred Strong knowledge of the game of softball, rules, and fundamental techniques. Ability to motivate and lead student athletes, creating a positive team culture. Valid Iowa Coaching Endorsement or Coaching Authorization Excellent organizational and communication skills.
