Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg Ortho, Med-Surg Adult, Med-Surg Peds Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years acute care experience License: Current RN licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Meditech experience preferred - Experience in acute care setting Description: Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN). Provide exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Manage comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in a dynamic Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals to meet the unique needs of a diverse patient population. Utilize the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions in patient care. Prioritize holistic care, addressing patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs. Accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during shifts. Join a 25-bed independent, nonprofit critical access hospital known for its commitment to patient-centered care. This role may occasionally involve caring for pediatric patients, but it is not a dedicated pediatric floor. A flu shot is required without exceptions.
