ABOUT THIS ISNP NURSE PRACTITIONER JOB

Shifts vary but are scheduled within regular business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, giving you the opportunity to build a rewarding career without sacrificing balance.

As an ISNP Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities, advocating for their health and well-being. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. You will manage chronic illnesses like diabetes and heart failure, adjusting medications as necessary. Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other staff is essential for coordinated care, and you'll communicate with residents and families about treatment options. Your expertise aims to enhance quality of life and reduce avoidable hospitalizations.

Qualifications:

• Nurse practitioner license in Michigan
• A clean and unencumbered ISNP experience
