Responsibilities As a Senior Associate, work as part of a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Qualifications Minimum Years Experience Required: 2 year(s) Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Required Field(s) Of Study: Accounting Additional Educational Requirements: Job seekers must demonstrate all minimum requirements for CPA licensure per state regulations Preferred Qualifications: CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before promotion to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure, or Member of the Bar Preferred Skills: Demonstrates knowledge and success in tax issues affecting domestic or international banking; experience with FAS 109, FIN 48, and the banking industry; ability to conduct client discussions, propose firm services, manage engagements, and balance workloads with client expectations; provide timely feedback and keep leadership informed. Additional focus areas include research on business and industry trends, developing viewpoints for proposals, and exploring automation and digitization within a professional services context. Benefits & Other Information The salary range is $77,000 - $214,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
