Case Manager

The Sentinel of Amsterdam, a state of the art assisted living community located in Amsterdam, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Case Manager to join our team of caring professionals. We offer excellent benefits and competitive salaries. Healthcare experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate for a rewarding career.

QUALIFICATIONS

B.A degree from an accredited college or university with major work in human resource or service delivery.
Minimium of one year experience, with the provision of services, to a dependant adult population.
Flexibility and creativity in dealing with the issues being faced by residents and families
Ability to exercise independent judgment within the rganization's mission and philosophy
Experience and enjoyment in working with older adults

Pay Rate: 60K to 65K
