Responsibilities:Negotiations for better transportation rates and also negotiations for better contract terms and conditions for LG is requiredThe activities support for better cost efficiency & increase service metrics.Continuously thrive for better way to monitor and manage health level of all aspects of• operationsWorks cross functional with Sales, 3PL,carriers and customers. Reviewing performance and corrective action plans as needed, talk to carriers dailyNegotiations for better transportation rates and also negotiations for better contract terms and conditions for LG is required.Requirements:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required5+ years experience in production planning operations preferredExtensive knowledge within the transportation industry. Must have truckload , LTL transportation management experience & transportation contract review for terms & conditions experience.MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word skills needed.
