Job Summary

We are seeking an AV (Audio Visual) Technician to support and maintain audio-visual equipment at our client site in Bridgewater, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and supporting conference room technology, video conferencing systems, and presentation equipment.

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment.


- Support conference rooms, meeting spaces, and event setups.


- Troubleshoot issues related to projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems.


- Provide technical support during meetings, presentations, and events.


- Perform routine equipment testing and preventive maintenance.


- Coordinate with IT and facility teams to resolve AV-related issues.


- Document incidents, resolutions, and equipment inventory.


- Ensure AV systems are functioning properly before scheduled meetings.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of experience supporting AV equipment and conference room technology.


- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, or similar video conferencing platforms.


- Experience with projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, and control systems.


- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.


- Ability to work independently and in a customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting corporate office environments.


- CTS certification or equivalent AV certification is a plus.


- Basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.

Education:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.


- Associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
