Sugar23 is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate assistant to support a high level Executive. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, a proactive attitude, and the discretion needed to handle confidential information. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. Act as a liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders, including high-profile clients, talent agencies, production companies, and other entertainment industry contacts. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Maintain a high level of professionalism when representing the Executive in meetings, on calls, and at events. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, providing insights and recommendations Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects requested Qualifications 2-3 years of experience as an assistant, in the entertainment industry/supporting high-level executives. Strong understanding of the entertainment landscape, including relationships with agencies, production companies, and talent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary. Previous experience supporting an executive in the entertainment industry is required Must be located in Nashville, TN, Los Angeles or New York.
