Shift: Day Shift - 3x12 Hours
Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week contract at a leading acute care facility in Bradenton, FL. The ideal candidate must be skilled in both adult and NICU respiratory care and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification required (CRT not accepted)
Active state license required
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required
NICU & Adult care experience required
Drager ventilator experience required
Cerner EMR experience required
Must live 100+ miles from the facility

Responsibilities:

Administer respiratory care treatments as prescribed by physicians
Perform diagnostic evaluations including specimen collection and analysis
Monitor and manage ventilators, artificial airways, and oxygen therapy
Provide cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and patient education
Work across multiple care settings including NICU and adult units
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
