Spring Lake, MI, 1st Shift, $16.00 per hour

Job Summary

Looking for a change of scenery? Look no further! We’re seeking Finisher to join a growing Spring Lake manufacturer that specializes in buffing and polishing metal parts for a variety of industries. This is a great opportunity to be part of a hands-on, team-oriented environment with room to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Finisher, your core responsibilities will include:

• Grinding metal parts according to customer specifications
• Inspecting finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Buffing and polishing metal components
• Packing completed parts into crates or bins for shipment
• Following all operational procedures and safety guidelines
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

• Previous buffing, polishing, or grinding experience required
• Ability to follow written procedures and operational instructions

Skills:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret part numbers and instruction sheets
• Team-oriented mindset

Schedule & Work Environment

• 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday–Friday
• Overtime may be required
