Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Position Summary:-
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with picking and packing, shipping and receiving, stocking, order pulling, and material handling. This is a physically active role requiring the ability to stand and walk for extended periods while working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Pick and pack products accurately according to assigned orders.
Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, and order-pulling activities.
Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse.
Handle multiple product types and complete assigned warehouse tasks efficiently.
Operate powered and non-powered material-handling equipment as trained.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the warehouse.
Follow OSHA regulations and all established safety procedures.
Complete and properly process required paperwork and documentation.
Meet established productivity and quality standards.
Work effectively with warehouse supervisors, team leads, and coworkers.
Manage time effectively and complete assignments within established deadlines.
Handle equipment and materials responsibly.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, or 1 year of warehouse experience with the company.
Previous picking and packing experience required.
Ability to read, understand instructions, perform basic math, and write legibly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Dependable and able to work at a rapid pace to meet deadlines.
Willingness and ability to learn various warehouse processes and functions.
