About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice Provost for Enrollment Management to lead strategic initiatives that enhance recruitment, retention, and student success. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive, data-informed Strategic Enrollment Management plan that aligns with the institution's mission and strategic goals. This executive leadership role involves overseeing the Enrollment Management division, including admissions, financial aid, registrar, veterans services, and orientation programs. The Vice Provost will be a key partner with senior leadership, influencing the student journey from recruitment to graduation, and will be accountable for meeting enrollment goals and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the enrollment strategy. Applicants for the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management position at the company should have a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in higher education enrollment management. A proven track record in achieving enrollment goals, budget management, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is essential. The role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships across academic and administrative units. Experience with enrollment forecasting, strategic planning, and the use of data analytics to inform decision-making is a must. The ideal candidate will also have experience in financial aid leveraging and scholarship strategy, and a background in a shared governance environment. A doctoral degree and experience in a similar institutional setting are preferred.
