Swedish Neuro‑Ophthalmology | Swedish Neuroscience Institute Neuro‑Ophthalmologist (MD) - 0.6 FTE Swedish Medical Group is seeking a part‑time Neuro Ophthalmologist at the Cherry Hill campus in Seattle, Washington. Practice Overview Established neuro‑ophthalmology practice within the Swedish Neuroscience Institute (10+ years). Current team includes 2 Neuro‑Ophthalmologist physicians (1.4 FTE total). Strong multidisciplinary collaboration with neurology and neurosurgery. Robust clinical support including patient care coordinators, ophthalmic technicians, and a dedicated clinic RN. Schedule & Volume 0.6 FTE (21.6 patient‑facing hours) with a predictable, fixed schedule. Clinical days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Clinic hours: weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Daily volumes 8‑16 patients, capped at 16 per day. New patient visits: 60 minutes; follow‑up visits: 30 minutes. Procedures & Resources In‑clinic Botox procedures with a dedicated half‑day block. Advanced diagnostic tools: OCT, Humphrey and Goldman visual fields, and B‑scan ultrasound. Adult‑only patient population with a high consultative referral volume. Qualifications & Requirements BE/BC American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Fellowship in Neuro‑Ophthalmology. Call Call coverage about 1 week per month. Coverage includes multiple Swedish locations. Call burden is minimal, often with few or no overnight calls.
