Responsibilities Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy. Supervise care and treatments, leading patient assessments. Create personalized care plans and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate every victory along the way. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. CPR certification.
