Shift Manager

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Tasks include planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective action to meet McDonald’s standards, overseeing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth handover. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned departments achieve their goals. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager.
