Data Scientist / Analytics Lead – Gaming Focus -ONSITE S. Palm Beach County locationWe are seeking a highly agile Data Scientist to drive real-time insights that directly influence game performance, player behavior, and business decisions. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, connect patterns quickly, and translate data into action in a fast-moving gaming environment.What This Role DoesOwn game and business KPIs, from definition through ongoing optimizationBuild and evolve dashboards and analytics used daily by Game Design and LeadershipAnalyze player behavior, game performance, and experiments (A/B testing)Quickly identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities — and act on themTranslate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive decisionsPartner closely with Game Designers, Product, and Management in a rapid-iteration environmentWhat We’re Looking ForStrong analytical instincts and the ability to problem-solve independentlyComfort working with incomplete or evolving dataExperience influencing decisions, not just reporting numbersBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, or related fieldProficiency with SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Excel, and Python or RExperience with A/B testing and performance measurementNice to HaveExperience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or AIFamiliarity with gaming or online player data (slots a plus)Experience with Snowflake and modern data stacksMaster’s degree for senior-level candidatesWhy This Role Is DifferentThis is not a back-office analytics role.
