Skills: Experienced Automotive Service Manager needed for a growing dealership in the DFW area. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our growing dealership in the DFW area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a successful service department, with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, including managing technicians, scheduling appointments, ordering parts, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service, with a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the industry. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of technicians to achieve their best.
