Compensation & Benefits Sign‑On Payment : $250‑$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120‑day timeline for successful completion of FINRA licenses and registrations. Stable Pay : Eligible for a 20th Edition financial professional role with bi‑weekly stable pay for the first 24 months, totaling $31,500 annually. Commissions and Bonus : Additional earnings potential beyond stable pay.
