Florida Agency Network (FAN) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in title insurance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Title Closer will be responsible for preparing closing documents, coordinating with all parties involved in the closing process and ensuring that closings are completed accurately, on time and with professionalism.FAN is a network of independent real estate title agencies that have formed a strategic alliance to provide shared back-office services, pooled resources, and greater geographic coverage throughout the State of Florida. FAN’s proud members include: Hillsborough Title, Tampa Bay Title, Paramount Title, Gator Title, Strategic Title, Total Title Solutions, Smart Title and International Title Partners.Qualified candidates will:Process and close real estate transactionsPrepare and review settlement statements and closing documents with accuracy and completenessCoordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders and agents to schedule and facilitate closingsConduct thorough reviews of the title commitment to identify any issues that may affect the transactionResolve title issues and discrepancies in a timely manner and with clear communicationEnsure all title and closing requirements are met prior to closingDisburse all funds in accordance with closing instructionsMaintain accurate records of all closing transactionsOrder, review and disclose matters on surveys, sales contracts, estoppels, searches, etcProvide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the processStay current with industry regulations, best practices and credit hoursBe an amazing Team PlayerQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience in title insurance processing and closingComprehensive understanding of Florida title insurance, escrow and closing proceduresStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in MS Office Suite and Softpro is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situationsNotary Public Certification – FloridaTitle License PreferredWhat we offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentPositive, supportive and collaborative work environmentPaid time off and holidaysHealth, dental, vision and other benefits401(k) plan with company matchThe chance to be part of a reputable and growing company with a Team member centered cultureJoin our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional title insurance and real estate settlement services.
