Waterproofing Consultant

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Waterproofing Consultant to help expand their roofing and wall design services in Austin, TX. Your Day Includes: Providing technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems Conducting condition assessments and preparing remedial designs for commercial and residential buildings Overseeing construction administration to ensure quality, compliance, and successful project delivery Performing forensic investigations to identify causes of water intrusion and building envelope failures Must Haves: Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems, with a PE or RA license preferred Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings P.S.
