As a Project Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping projects from start to finish, while enjoying the support of a seasoned team and the satisfaction of seeing your work make a real difference in the community. Job Details Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to align expectations. Review contracts, submittals, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Uphold safety and quality standards across all phases of the project. Mentor and support project engineers and other team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
