Hopebridge is seeking an RBT Facilitator to support the development of ABA Therapists and RBTs through coaching in clinical settings. You will stay actively engaged in direct patient sessions while modeling effective ABA strategies and giving behavior-specific feedback to support skill development and clinical growth. You will partner with Virtual Trainers and clinical leadership to ensure coaching is consistent with quality standards and align with center goals for RBT competency and ongoing #J-18808-Ljbffr Hopebridge
