What You'll Do:
- Support patient rehabilitation as directed by occupational therapists
- Assist in developing and implementing daily activity plans for patients
- Support patients in activities of daily living to promote independence
- Document patient progress and communicate with team members
- Maintain a safe, positive environment supporting patient well-being
- Support infection control and safety protocols at all times
What You Need:
Required:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Texas or eligible for licensure
- Prior experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse patient populations in LTC
