Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong buyer and seller relationships
2. Prospect and develop new client opportunities
3. Conduct buyer and seller consultations
4. Host property showings and open houses
5. Guide transactions from contract through closing
6. Stay informed on local market conditions and property values

Qualifications

1. Active real estate license
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Self-motivated and organized
4. Comfortable with technology and CRM platforms
5. Professional and client-focused
6. Sales experience is a plus, but not required
