Team Member

We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Team Member to join our team at Pizza Factory! If you have great people skills, a positive attitude, and love working in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you. What You’ll Do: Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently Answer customer questions about the menu and specials Keep the front counter, dining area, and beverage station clean and organized Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations Prep ingredients such as slicing vegetables, shredding cheese, and making dough Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality Maintain a clean and organized prep station, dish, and kitchen area Assist with stocking, labeling, and rotating ingredients Support the kitchen team with basic cooking tasks as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation standards What We’re Looking For: A friendly, customer-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and basic math skills Reliability and a strong work ethic Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus but not required Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Team player with a positive attitude Previous kitchen or prep experience is a plus but not required Perks & Benefits: Competitive pay and flexible scheduling - pay is negotiable based on experience - average tips earned are greater than $4/hour on top of your base pay.
