Job Description Job Description Job Description: The Support Specialist provides comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. This role includes managing office tasks, supporting team members, and overseeing accurate time reporting for employees. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in handling confidential information. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Maintain office supplies and assist with procurement as needed. Time Reporting & Payroll Support Collect, review, and validate employee time entries for accuracy and compliance. Ensure timely submission of hours into the company’s timekeeping system. Resolve discrepancies in time reporting and liaise with managers for approvals. Generate weekly/monthly time reports for payroll and management review. Team Support Provide general support to staff and management as required. Assist with onboarding processes and training on time reporting tools. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of administrative experience; experience with timekeeping systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
