We support over 1,000 students across 35 districts, and we are looking for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to guide and mentor our counseling team while ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities


Supervision and Leadership

• Deliver weekly individual and group supervision to pre-licensed clinicians, ensuring adherence to professional and ethical guidelines
• Support the growth of clinical staff by providing mentorship and evidence -based training
• Provide additional support to your team as needed throughout the week

Compliance and Quality Control

• Oversee case documentation, perform audits, and ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory guidelines

Program Development

• Collaborate on the design and implementation of mental health initiatives that meet school and community needs

Staff Evaluation and Performance

• Conduct performance assessments, deliver constructive feedback, and oversee annual staff evaluations

Qualifications and Skills


Education and Licensure

• Master's degree in Social Work , Psychology, or Counseling
• Active California licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist

Experience

• At least two years of post-licensure experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Familiarity with diverse populations and diagnoses
• Prior experience working with children and adolescents strongly preferred
