We are committed to providing exceptional patient experiences and outcomes through teamwork, advanced technology, and clinical excellence. 4M Dental Implant Center in Anaheim Hills is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our premier dental implant team on a part-time basis (Tuesdays and Thursdays). In this role, you’ll work alongside an experienced clinical team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and life-changing implant dentistry. Key Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and assist dentists during a variety of procedures, including implant surgeries. Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures. Take high-quality dental radiographs (x-rays), intraoral photos, and digital scans (as applicable). Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatory areas according to OSHA and infection control standards. Maintain accurate patient records and charting within the dental software system. Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene instructions. Perform lab tasks as assigned (e.g., pouring impressions, sending out cases). Follow all clinical protocols, safety regulations, and HIPAA guidelines. Requirements Qualifications Current Registered Dental Assistant License (RDA) in the state of California, preferred but not required. Minimum 2-3 years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred; implant or surgical experience is a plus. CPR/BLS certification (must be current). Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Care Stack). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume practice.
