Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN to administer medications per physician orders and support care plans, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration. Documentation in MAR/TAR will be done in real time, while monitoring residents for symptoms and reporting changes promptly.

You will transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates, observe changes, and maintain medication carts with strict regulatory adherence and safety in mind.
