Ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy independent work, problem-solving, and contributing to daily operations that keep production moving efficiently.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kOvertime available on Fridays!Assembly Technician Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 22.00 / hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Receive, unpack, and prepare FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) panels and components for assembly.Use hand and power tools to build high-quality finished products.Stage materials and organize parts for efficient production.Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines.Work as part of a team to deliver products on time.Assembly Technician Qualifications:Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferredForklift experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipAbility to read sales orders and identify parts accuratelyDependable, safety-minded, and ready to workLift up to 50 lbs regularlyStand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shiftSafely operate hand and power toolsWork in varying temperatures within a manufacturing environmentComfortable working in fast-paced production settings.Previous experience operating flatbed gooseneck trailers preferred is a plus.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
