RRC is seeking a talented Crew Chief to help us build the future of U.S. energy production from our Austin/Round Rock Texas office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a point of contact between field crews and office-based project personnel
• Interpret and execute work based on project scopes, maps, and documentation
• Navigate to projects including driving long distances in a safe manner
• Work in inclement weather, when necessary
• Responsible for all equipment assigned
• Confirm the job is correct when you leave the field
• Be respectful to all clients
• Responsible for upholding company values
• Utilize Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams
• Perform accurate fieldwork and ensure the success of projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• 2+ years experience as Party/Crew Chief in Oil and Gas including operating TSC3 and TSC7
• Prior experience on Data Center projects preferred
• Experience in data collection and field computations
• Background in construction layout including building staking, parking staking, utilities staking, and boundary search
• Experience with Trimble S6/S5 series robotics
• Experience with Trimble R8 and R10 units, level loops, and establishing benchmarks
• Ability to run OPUS Solution
• Calculations on Civil 3D program
• Ability to lead survey crews independently on job sites
