ProSidian Seeks a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist | Data Visualization & Performance Reporting [PCBOCC0024023] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Pasco County Across The South East Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services.

Seeking Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Data Visualization & Performance Reporting Functional Area Professional - Utilities Enterprise Performance Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Utilities Enterprise Performance (Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist ) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County Utilities Generally Located In CONUS - Pasco County and across the South East Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist | Data Visualization & Performance Reporting [PCBOCC0024023]

• Develop data models and dashboards to monitor utility performance and project KPIs.; Integrate data from Excel, Power BI, and County databases for cross-functional insights.; Support predictive analytics and data visualization for planning and budgeting decisions.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist | Data Visualization & Performance Reporting [PCBOCC0024023] (PCBOCC0024023) Candidates:

• Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• 3–6 years in data analysis, preferably within utilities or public infrastructure.

Skills Required

• Excel, Power BI, SQL, data visualization, ETL tools, statistical analysis.

Competencies Required

• Data literacy, attention to detail, insight generation, visualization.

• Support grant and funding proposals with data-driven impact analyses.
• Assist in real-time monitoring dashboards for SCADA or infrastructure telemetry systems.
