Customer Service Team Member

As a Customer Service Representative and back-up delivery driver, you will be the face of the company, ensuring every customer receives friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to ensure a positive experience
- Provide clear information about products and services, helping customers select the best options for their needs
- Promptly and professionally address customer questions, concerns, or complaints
- Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Drive the company van to deliver orders to customers’ homes as needed, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required
Compensation
Hourly pay starting at $15 per hour , with opportunities for increases based on performance and experience.
