RESPONSIBILITIES As an Occupational Therapist (OT), your primary responsibility is helping residents in their restoration of wellness and independence. Assisting in evaluations and setting appropriate goals for residents. Continued support of goal achievement. Maintain contact/communication with other personnel involved in the resident’s care to promote coordinated and efficient care plans. Setting goals for mobility, function, and independence. Application of therapeutic techniques to help achieve goals. Ensure accurate documentation throughout your shift. REQUIREMENTS Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Pennsylvania. Long term care experience preferred but not required.
