At First Quality, you’ll find a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning, professional development, and our mission to Make Things Better.We are seeking an IT Business Relationships Manager for our First Quality Products Company located in McElhattan,PA.This position may be based out of our Central PA sites (McElhattan, PA or Lewistown, PA) or Macon, GA. This position will be responsible for aligning IT solutions and services with the division’s business goals, driving digital transformation, and fostering collaboration to optimize operational efficiency, innovation, and growth. The BRM will proactively identify technology needs, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of IT services & initiatives that enhance manufacturing processes, product development, or customer engagement.Primary responsibilities include:Strategic Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for the First Quality leadership team, building strong relationships to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities within the CPG manufacturing environment. As a member of the IT Leadership Team the BRM is also responsible for ensuring the IT strategic roadmaps are aligned with the needs of the division.Business Needs Analysis: Collaborate with division stakeholders to assess current processes, identify pain points, and translate business requirements into actionable IT strategies and solutions.Strategic & Tactical Prioritization: As the bridge between the division and IT the BRM is on point to ensure the right prioritization is assigned to all work needed by IT. From strategic projects to day to day incidents the BRM ensures the appropriate prioritization is assigned and understood.Technology Advocacy: Promote the adoption of innovative technologies (e.g., IoT, automation, ERP systems, data analytics) to improve manufacturing efficiency, supply chain visibility, or consumer insights, aligning with industry trends in the CPG sector.Project Oversight: Partner with IT project teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, while managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions during IT deployments by providing training, communication, and support to division employees, minimizing disruption to manufacturing or business operations.Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of IT solutions on division goals, such as production uptime, cost reduction, or time-to-market for new products.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to IT services and projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, GMP) and company policies.Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from division stakeholders to refine IT services, address emerging needs, and drive ongoing process optimization.Critical Incident Management: Ensure excellent communication and mobilization of divisional resources needed during a critical incident to minimize business impact and decrease time to resolution.The ideal candidate should possess the following:5+ years of experience in business relationship management, IT project management, or a similar role.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience3+ years working in or supporting a manufacturing or CPG environment (preferred).Proven track record of bridging IT and business functions to deliver measurable outcomes.Familiarity with IT systems commonly used in CPG manufacturing, such as SAP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), or AI/ML/Analytics systems.Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, or Industrial IoT.Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data governance.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent team building skillsExcellent motivational skillsAbility to work under pressure and lead during crisesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentTenacity with style (does it the right way)Broad and deep business and industry knowledgeProcess mindset (Knowledge of six-sigma lean manufacturing preferred)Technical understanding of IS & IT concepts and systemsKey Competencies:Strategic thinking and business acumen specific to CPG manufacturing.Collaborative mindset with a customer-service orientation.Adaptability to evolving technology and industry trends.Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation, PMP, or BRMP (Business Relationship Management Professional).What We Offer YouWe believe that by continuously improving the quality of our benefits, we can help to raise the quality of life for our team members and their families.
