Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' psychosocial needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Our primary client focus includes individuals dealing with terminal illnesses, their families, and caregivers. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. A valid LCSW license within the state of Washington is essential. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy and a solid understanding of trauma-informed care approaches. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to inform clinical decisions.
