About the Role
The Company is in need of an Interim Senior Vice President of Operations for Crisis and Addiction Recovery Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational direction across a significant geographic area, with a focus on a large residential program and detox beds. This leadership role is pivotal in the evaluation of current operations and the development of the organization's future care delivery and growth strategies. The SVP will oversee multiple Executive Directors and must have a strong background in behavioral health and healthcare leadership, particularly in crisis and addiction services. Applicants for the SVP position at the company must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in behavioral health or healthcare leadership, with a specific emphasis on crisis and addiction. The role requires experience in managing multi-site operations and large interdisciplinary teams, as well as a deep understanding of financial, strategic planning, and operational performance. Knowledge of accreditation standards and governmental regulations related to mental health and substance use disorder treatment services is essential. Preferred certifications include CADC/LADC, LCAC, CPI, CIT, QPR/ASIST, and CPRSS/CPRE. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader capable of driving the organization towards its mission of providing high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
