Job Title: Sales Representative Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers from initial online inquiries or phone calls up to the point of sale, ensuring a comprehensive involvement in the sales process.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding new and pre-owned vehicle inventory via telephone and Internet daily.
• Answer customer responses and reply to customer emails promptly.
• Promptly respond to incoming sales calls and customer inquiries.
• Determine vehicle needs by asking questions and listening to customer preferences.
• Recommend alternative vehicle choices when necessary.
• Stay updated on new products, features, and accessories, and recommend them to customers.
• Make follow-up calls to customers according to a predetermined work plan.
• Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business, contributing to customer satisfaction.
• Develop and consistently implement a prospect development system.
• Set appointments with prospects to visit the showroom.
• Meet with prospects during appointment times, review vehicle choices and features, and finalize purchases and paperwork with customers and dealership staff.
• Establish, implement, and maintain personal income goals consistent with dealership productivity standards.
• Move vehicles from the lot to the front of the store for customer test drives and accompany customers on test drives.

• 2+ years of face-to-face customer service or sales experience, preferably within the retail or restaurant industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Professional demeanor and willingness to communicate with customers via email, telephone, and in person.
• Comfortable with data entry work, recording customer information in the customer service database.

• Ability to answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.

The candidate will work at the dealership in Horsham, PA, with a dedicated cubicle, phone, and computer setup. They will collaborate with a team of about 5 other CSR/service reps and a sales manager. The dress code is business casual. The work schedule includes two days from 9 am to 5 pm, two days from 9 am to 8 pm, and every Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. The candidate will have one day off during the week, coordinated with management.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Horsham, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Horsham,PA.
