Residential Caseworker (Full-Time)

What You'll Do

• PROVIDE PERSON-CENTERED SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH RECOVERY MODEL PRINCIPLES AND PROGRAM STANDARDS.
• ASSIST RESIDENTS WITH LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING BUDGETING, SELF-CARE, MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, AND COMMUNITY LIVING SKILLS.
• PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE COUNSELING AND CRISIS INTERVENTION WHEN NEEDED.
• DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE PLANS.
• CONNECT RESIDENTS WITH COMMUNITY RESOURCES AND SUPPORT SERVICES.

* MAINTAIN ACCURATE AND TIMELY DOCUMENTATION

* COLLABORATE WITH TREATMENT TEAMS, PROVIDERS, AND SUPPORTS TO PROMOTE POSITIVE OUTCOMES. What We're Looking For

• Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field
• Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver’s License.
