On-Site Residential Maintenance Technician — After Hours

FLATS LLC in Chicago's Uptown portfolio is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site upkeep across multiple residential properties. You will handle work orders, unit turns, common areas, pool maintenance, and safety checks. Candidates should have hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical/plumbing/HVAC, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
