BCBA Clinical Manager
Location: Southfield, Michigan
Schedule: Full-Time - Clinic-Based

The BCBA Clinical Manager is the site-level clinical leader at Akoya Behavioral Health, responsible for the clinical utilization and quality of care for all clients at their assigned clinic. This role directly manages and supports Clinical Supervisors, serves as the first line of support for clinical questions and escalations, and maintains an active caseload of their own.

Compensation and schedule

• Annual Salary $95,000

• Clinic Based in Southfield, MI

• 8:30 AM - 4:30PM

BCBA Clinical Manager skill and qualification requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

• Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience supervising BCBA's and RBTs, delivering family-centered ABA care
