Salary: $60,000-$65,000 annually

About the Opportunity

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Human Resources Coordinator for their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle, maintaining organizational processes, and partnering with hiring managers to support talent acquisition efforts.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift regularly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities by managing job advertisements, scheduling interviews, communicating with applicants, and supporting pre-employment screening efforts.
• Guide new team members through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
• Assist with employee departures by processing necessary paperwork and supporting offboarding procedures.
• Maintain personnel records within electronic HR platforms and employee files, ensuring information remains current and accurate.
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, payroll matters, company procedures, and general HR-related topics.
• Monitor training requirements and track completion of mandatory compliance initiatives.
• Generate and maintain HR reports, metrics, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion while adhering to established HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support for HR programs, projects, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams to help ensure a positive employee experience and efficient HR operations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of one year of experience supporting Human Resources functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of an organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidential information.
• Familiarity with employee relations, recruiting coordination, and general HR processes.
• Working knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Exposure to Workday or similar enterprise HR platforms.
• Prior experience within construction, engineering, real estate, or project-based organizations.
• Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent credentials.
• Experience supporting onboarding programs, compliance initiatives, and employee record management.
