Logistics Account Manager

Building strong relationships with customers, the full-time remote Logistics Account Manager will manage customer expectations, ensure exceptional service, and collaborate with internal teams to meet operational tasks and pricing accuracy. Key responsibilities Maintain constant communication with customers to address day-to-day and long-term needs Participate in rate calculations and customer presentations for large-spend bids Identify and build new business relationships in the target market Required qualifications 1-2 years of account management experience in the transportation and logistics field Recent college or university degree in Sales & Marketing or a business-related field 3+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics preferred Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on both internal and external customers Ability to function independently and in a team environment
