Pay Rate: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 gross per week

• ER RN willing to float to med/surg Or Med/surg RN willing to float to ER

Start Date: 5/25/2026

Schedule: 4x12s

1 for day shift (7A-7P), 1 for night shift (7P-7A)

Additional Details

• Triages patients who present to the Emergency Department, prioritizing care based on the critical nature and severity of a patient's condition.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition and communicates timely and effectively with those involved in the welfare, care or treatment of the patient in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Discharges patients from the Emergency Room post treatment. Completes discharge instructions, educates the patient and/or caregiver ensuring understanding of the instructions, answers questions, and confirms transportation from the Emergency Department.

Experience:

• 2 years of Emergency Department experience and 1 year Med Surg PEDS in Critical Access Hospital
• Epic

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC - NRP (Preferred)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• MN
