Day shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, with weekend rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract. The Physical Therapist will provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for both acute and outpatient departments, focusing on improving patient outcomes and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform physical therapy interventions as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Texas State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Experience in both outpatient and acute care settings is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred due to a heavy Hispanic patient population.
